With EMEREC, Rosenbauer has developed a future-oriented information system. EMEREC combines comprehensive and up-to-date information from various data sources.

The EMEREC system consists of three major components:

EMEREC DataCenter – the central information and communication platform for storage and delivery of all mission critical data.

EMEREC Office – the administration application in which the fire department can manage master and object data direct on the EMEREC DataCenter.

EMEREC Pilot – the mobile emergency application which provides the information on a mobile or stationary device at the operation scene.
EMEREC Pilot is the software on mobile tablet computers. Operationally-relevant information can be accessed directly on-site through a wide range of functions and applications.
EMEREC Pilot brings data together from assorted sources - in real-time. Tools to support the incident commander are linked at a whole new level of quality. This results in a uniform situational overview for all crews involved.

Data is put into the system once (EMEREC Office) and is then stored centrally on a server (EMEREC Data Center). The latter automatically synchronizes with the mobile end devices (EMEREC Pilot) - so all data is stored locally and is also available offline at any time.

Relevant information like fire safety maps, hazardous material data or vehicle rescue sheets etc. can be accessed directly over the EMEREC Pilot application and can be shared with other operational units. So all crews involved in the operation have the same level of information.
